Screen Use, Gaming & Digital Behaviour Concerns
I accept referrals for adolescents and adults experiencing difficulties related to problematic screen use, including gaming, social media, and broader digital behaviours.

Referrals are appropriate for individuals presenting with concerns such as:
Problematic or compulsive gaming
Excessive screen use or difficulty disengaging from devices
Social media or smartphone dependency
Internet overuse impacting daily life
Attention, concentration, or executive functioning difficulties linked to screen use
Emotional regulation challenges associated with digital behaviours
Functional impacts on school, university, work, or relationships
I use comprehensive assessment, evidence-based therapy, and individualised intervention planning. I draw on current research into brain health and digital technology to help clients better understand their patterns of screen use and develop practical, sustainable strategies for change.
Intervention may include:
Neuropsychological assessment (where appropriate)
Cognitive and behavioural strategies for managing screen use
Therapy targeting underlying emotional or cognitive drivers
Support for families, caregivers, and partners
Prevention and relapse management strategies
How to Make a Referral
Please complete the referral enquiry form below. Once received, I will review the referral and make contact to discuss suitability, availability, and next steps.
Please note referrals should be specific to concerns related to screen use, gaming, or digital behaviour and their psychological impacts. It does not replace emergency services.
A GP Mental Health Care Plan is not required, though referrals under such plans are accepted where appropriate.
